By accessing or using essentialisms.com ("the Site") and any services offered through it ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion for services and digital content. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full withdrawal procedure and any applicable exceptions.
Where you purchase digital content and request immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content has been fully delivered, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m). You will be asked to provide explicit consent and acknowledgement before delivery begins.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of e11s UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU/EEA.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e11s UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless e11s UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence (for EU/EEA consumers). Nothing in these Terms affects your right to rely on those mandatory provisions.
You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) to resolve disputes.
Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Privacy Policy. By making a purchase you agree to be bound by those terms as applicable.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
